blossom
The aim of this project was to create a one-page site for a new skin care product called blossom. I wanted the site to inform the user of what the face cream was and how it aided skin care. I also wanted to give the user an opportunity to order a free sample as part of the product launch.
Product design
I chose to design the product myself using Adobe XD. The design was inspired by Japanese cherry blossom trees and their pink petals, this was also the inspiration for the design of the website.
Wireframes
During the wireframing process I made sure to include information about the product itself, the company behind it, testimonials and a contact form to order a free sample.
Designs
I used a light almost pastel shade of pink throughout the site to reflect the colour of cherry blossoms and femininity. I also used grey instead of black for the text as it looks softer against the pink.
Final product
